# Setting padding time

 * I’m trying to figure out if I can establish 15 minute padding between 30 minute
   appointments. Right now, the smallest value in the Padding Before and Padding
   After drop-downs is 30 minutes, even though I have set the time base in Time 
   Settings for 15 minutes. Can you please point me to help with this?

 * Hi,
 * If you set **time base** as 15 minutes, padding drop down should show 15, 30,
   45, etc. minutes.
 * If you are sure about the time base setting, first download and install the free**
   Export/Import addon**: 
   [https://wp-base.com/downloads/export-import/](https://wp-base.com/downloads/export-import/)
 * Then fill and send the form on **WP BASE > Help > Support** page on your WordPress
   admin so that I can have a look at your settings and server configuration.

 * Yes, **W3 Total Cache** – after clearing the cache everything looked fine.
