 * Currently I use 2.1 version but cannot find setting page.

 * I upgraded to the newest version of this plugin and I cannot find the savings
   page.
    I go to settings and then responsive image slider does not show up.

 * Setting page is removed in the latest v and converted to shortcode parameters.
 *     ```
       [sp_responsiveslider design="design-1" cat_id="2" width="1024"
        first_slide="1" height="300" effect="fade" pagination="true" navigation="true" speed="3000" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="3000"]
       ```
