 * Where are the settings for this plugin?
   I went to Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping
   and don’t see anything new in Shipping.Thanks

 * Thanks – didn’t think it had its own settings – didn’t even look.
   Couldn’t figure
   out how to do this so only ONE shipping is shown depending on how many items 
   in the cart:
 * 1-4 items in cart – shipping = $9.95
   4+ items in cart – shipping = $13.50So if
   I had 4 items in my cart at $20 each, the total cost would be 4 x $20 + $9.95If
   I had 5 items in my cart @$20 each, the total cost would be 5 x $20 + $13.50

 * you can do it like this (you dont have quantity multiprier in the free version
   so you will manually configure for each quanity)

   It’s more in AUD if it’s USD – quite a bit more
