 * Thanks for reporting this. This appears to be caused by the MyBookTable Style
   pack system not properly checking if folders exist before accessing them. We 
   didn’t catch this because the default PHP behavior is to let these errors pass
   silently, but it looks like with certain server configurations they generate 
   errors. This should be fixed in the next version of the plugin.

 * I waited for days for the next version of the upgrade but nothing has happened
   and finally I decided to circumvent the problem by upgrading. So I paid to upgrade
   the Mybooktable and guess what? I cant enter the upgrade key because the settings
   page still doesnt exist. Now I should have premium help instead of waiting a 
   week but instead I am waiting for you to tell me when the next version of the
   plugin is due because I still cant use it even though I have paid for it. Please
   fix this now
