Settings area blank

I just upgraded to WP version 3.5.2 and when I go to the Reverbnation plugin settings within the Dashboard/Admin area, it’s completely blank.

Not totally sure what happened.

This is on a MacBookPro using Google Chrome browser. Also tested this out on Firefox and it’s still having the same issue
