Hello,
Are you using the very last version? Do you see any errors in the Console Log (Developer Tools)? Are you using a very strong caching service/plugin which caches REST requests?
Hi Jordi,
It’s quite strange, sometimes it works now and sometimes not.
My settings checked
Exif
Title
Camera
Lens
Shutter Speed
Aperture
Focal Length
ISO
You can see on this page https://www.my-wildlife.com/guide-pratique-du-parc-national-pilanesberg/ that on the lightbox, we saw the old name of the title.
I reset the cache of
– the plugin
– Google Chrome
– WP-Rocket
WP-Cerber plugin can block something ?
I have also an error on Devtools :
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://www.my-wildlife.com/wp-content/plugins/meow-lightbox/app/lightbox.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
Any idea ?
Greg
Ok. everything is working now ecept for title.
I saw a strange thing. If I forgot to edit my title. If I edit later in “Advanced options” of the image, it doesn’t work but if I edit by clicking “replace” then adding the title, it works.
See the screenshot if it’s not clear :
Screenshot “Advanced options” – Second Screenshot : it works
How explain this difference between the 2 fielsds Title ?
Greg
Hi Greg,
I am not sure why it happens, but the Meow Lightbox has its own caching system for your metadata. This metadata is re-created sometimes, at a different point, when an image is updated for example. Maybe the way you change it doesn’t trigger the cache to be rebuilt in the first case, but it does in the second case 🙂 That might be the explanation.
You don’t have the same problem on your photos ?
I have the problem even if I delete the cache Meow Lightbox (and WP Rocket)
Not at all… in fact, I have no idea what’s going on 🙂
