   PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Currency conversion – Source currency not valid
   or exchange rate not found for: “EUR”. Please make sure that the EU VAT assistant
   plugin is configured correctly and that an Exchange Rate has been specified for

 * The error indicates that the exchange rate for some of the currencies passed 
   to the EU VAT Assistant is not valid. Usually, this happens when trying to use
   the plugin with an unsupported multi-currency solution.
