 * I am helping transfer a large static site to WordPress. They are using Cachefly
   for JS,CSS, and images right now.
 * I understand that I should be able to use the “Generic Mirror” setting under 
   CDN Type to set up Cachefly as my CDN for W3 Total Cache, but I can’t find any
   instructions or tutorials.
 * I think I should enter their Cachefly subdomain under hostname, but does anyone
   have any experience to share about using W3 Total Cache with Cachefly?
