# Settings lost

    It looks like each time I make the update (also in the past) I am loosing
   all the settings.. WBW

 * that is very unusual and should not be the case. Can you provide any more details
   about your installation (normal or multisite, WP version, list of other plugins
   etc.)?
 * At the moment your are the first one to report such a problem. Do you lose all
   settings in the admin interface (on all tabs) or only certain?

 * hi Jan-Peter,
    I am updating using WP CLI. There was a fix in 4.4.0 ([https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/shariff/trunk/changelog.txt](https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/shariff/trunk/changelog.txt))
   but it looks like the fix has been removed.. Best regards, WBW

 * Hi wpblogwriter,
 * the change from 4.4.0 is still there. Also I just updated multiple sites using
   the WordPress Toolkit from Plesk which basically is just a GUI for wp-cli and
   still wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. I’ll stay on it to see if I can find
   any hint. If you can provide any further details about your specific configuration
   that might help narrow it down, let me know.

   with the next release.
