# Settings not loading

 * Hello,
    I downloaded Stripe Payments plugin. But the settings isn’t loading. 
   I just see three loading dots and not open the setting. I flushed WordPress and
   Browser cache, uninstalled and installed the plugin. But still see the loading
   dots. Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thanks!

 * Hi, try the following.
 * Disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test.
 * Also if the above does not help you can always try the following plugin [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).

 * Thank you it worked. It was another plugin interfering with the settings.
