# Settings not saving – no errors

 * When trying to save the settings, nothing happens – I’m just presented with an
   empty form. In the developer console, the only error is this:
 * Request URL: wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data
   
   Request Method: GET Status Code: 403 Forbidden
 * I’m guessing this is the issue; is there any way around this or do I need to 
   contact our hosting provider, to perhaps unblock this url?
