    Hi FARAZFRANK, our Plugin requires the ‘manage_options’ capability for any User logged in to access the Store Toolkit menus. Are you using WP e-Commerce 3.8 or a legacy WP e-Commerce 3.6-3.7 version? If you can paste the URL of that screen with the error I can assist further.
