To move forward, we recommend performing a standard conflict test to rule out compatibility issues (you can also use the Check Conflicts plugin to quickly enable/disable plugins for your specific IP):
- Switch to the Storefront theme Temporarily activate the default Storefront theme to check if the current theme is blocking or causing the issue.
- Disable all other plugins Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments. You may use the Check Conflicts plugin to perform this easily.
- Try again to complete an order Check if the same issue happens.
- Re-enable plugins one by one If the problem is resolved in the minimal setup, start re-enabling your plugins one at a time. Test after each activation to identify which one is causing the issue.
If the problem persists even in a clean environment with the default theme and no other plugins, please let us know.

Hi
thanks for the reply, i deactivated every plugin one by one until every plugin was deactivated, i changed to the storefront theme, then re-installed WooCommerce, and re-installed the paypal plugin, the only two plugins that were active, with the new theme storefront..
still WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, Settings page still displays’ a blank white page..
i even rolled back to other versions like v3.3.2, still the setting page is just a blank page,
the admin Overview – Payment Methods – Styling – Pay Later Messaging pages are fine
and everything on the front end seems to work ok like, buttons, checkout, card payments
this there anyway to fully uninstall this plugin manually, as right now even if i uninstall / delete the plugin still remembering its settings that was used.?
as i would have thought i would have to make the link to paypal again, but this never shows up on a uninstall and reinstall
