 * Trying to save a change to a brand new install results in “The system cannot 
   find the path specified” on [http://www.hundredthshire.com/wp-admin/options.php](http://www.hundredthshire.com/wp-admin/options.php).
 * As an aside… has anyone, anywhere, ever been able to use WordPress. Is this just
   another Flight 370 hoax?

 * I just clicked your link and it worked.
 * In my experience, the cache in your browser can cause this. Sometimes the Refresh
   button works. Sometimes you have to empty the cache by clearing history in the
   browser.
 * WordPress works fine for millions of us.
