# Settings>Permalink won't open

 * For some reason every time I try and open this link on the website, it won’t 
   open. The status bar keeps pausing about half way through.
 * All the other links on the Settings menu open right up. But that one hangs. I’m
   wondering if there could be any configuration problem that I am over looking

 * I just got the following message after letting settings>permalinks run
 * > Error establishing a database connection
   >  If your site does not display, please
   > contact the owner of this network. If you are the owner of this network please
   > check that MySQL is running properly and all tables are error free.
   > Database tables are missing. This means that MySQL is not running, WordPress
   > was not installed properly, or someone deleted wp_qpzl_site. You really should
   > look at your database now.
   > What do I do now? Read the bug report page. Some of the guidelines there may
   > help you figure out what went wrong. If you’re still stuck with this message,
   > then check that your database contains the following tables:
   > wp_qpzl_users
   >  wp_qpzl_usermeta wp_qpzl_blogs wp_qpzl_signups wp_qpzl_site 
   > wp_qpzl_sitemeta wp_qpzl_registration_log wp_qpzl_blog_versions
 * Checking my database, I am indeed missing wp_qpzl_site and several others from
   that list including blogs, signups, site meta, registration log, and blog versions.
 * I’ll try and reinstall the database.
