 * Am i suppose to be network activating this plugin? because when i do it messes
   up jetpack, instead of opening the tab for settings it actually redirects me
   to a 404 page…
 * Also when it is network activated the main site that i’m loggin into as a super-
   admin – the tab for AAM is not displayed??
    but when i go to the subsite which
   i’am too an admin – it does appear there.
 * once i network DEACTIVATE all is back to normal. jetpack does not redirect and
   no AAM appears as it shouldn’t, being that it is not activated in the subsite.
 * So, i activate the plugin in the subsite and in the main site… this happens –
   mainsite loses the jetpack tab altogether NO AAM tab appears.
    Subsite jetpack
   now works without the redirect and the AAM tab shows.
 * What am i doing wrong. NO errors show up.
 * Lastly…
 * I really don’t know what option to choose when setting this plugin up?
    do i
   choose site or role or user? does it matter would in need to set up more than
   one of the tabs?
 * I see the AAM tab in the subsites, i would think that if this is to help manage
   the user/roles, why would the subsite user have access to it?
 * please help

 * Hi **ipatrona**,
    Let’s start maybe from the goal. Please explain us what are
   u expecting from AAM? What are you trying to accomplish? From here we can assist
   you with steps and meantime help to debug your issues with jetpack and multisite
   activation.
 * I would also recommend you to follow us on twitter. We have just launched the
   [tutorial section](http://wpaam.com/tutorials/) on our website. Twitter is our
   primary channel of latest news.

 * What i need is to have a tool (plugin) that will help me assign or limit accessibility
   to specific areas of the dashboard menu based on their level of user. If AAM
   can do that or do more than that great.
    But so far I can’t even get it to not
   mess something up on my dash.
 * I will check out your tuts while i wait for your reply.

 * Hi **ipatrona**,
    Very good. Then you have start learn WordPress. My best advice
   with be to check [WordPress Roles & Capabilities](http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities).
   This might give you an understanding how all works.

 * Hi **ipatrona**,
    Based on your description it is hard to say what might be wrong.
   You can create for us admin login and I’ll go and check what can be wrong.
