 * Hello,
   After changing to another theme (MH Magazine Pro) the plugin Advanced
   Ads doesn’t show Ads in the header anymore. Also, it came up again with the setup
   assistant, which doesn’t work -> it leads to a blank page. The AA dashboard looks
   weird as well. Any idea?
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fsetup-assistant-doesnt-work%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for your patience!
 * The ad not showing in the header after changing your theme can have different
   causes.
   I recommend the following:
    - **Trying a different placement**: There are multiple methods to implement
      ads in the header area, and some may work better depending on your theme.
      You can find more details in our documentation. Please test the different
      methods to see which one works best for you.
    - **Checking the browser console**: On the page where the ad is supposed to
      appear, open the browser console and look for any errors related to Advanced
      Ads. If you find any, please share them with me.
 * Regarding the setup assistant: Could you confirm if you mean the Advanced Ads
   wizard? If yes, you don’t need to complete the entire process. You can simply
   use the button in the top-right of the page to quit the wizard and then continue
   with the regular view of the ad edit page.
 * As for the dashboard looking strange, this usually indicates either:
    1. An ad blocker interfering with the plugin’s backend. Please make sure all ad
       blockers are disabled in your browser and on your device.
    2. A conflict with your new theme. To check, temporarily switch back to your old
       theme and see if the issue persists.
 * I also recommend disabling all browser extensions while testing to rule out any
   interference. Additionally, you can follow our [general conflict check instructions](https://wpadvancedads.com/plugin-theme-conflicts/#Check_for_conflicts_using_the_Health_Check_plugin)
   for a more thorough test.
   Thank you!
 * Best regards,
