# Setup error and Missing Api token

 * Hi!
    I have configured compliance configuration with correct App ID and App Key
   but return always “Autoblocking: INACTIVE Cookie Categories: INACTIVE Proof-of-
   Consent: INACTIVE”. Also, from console log results below message error: “Failed
   to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()” [https://designer-api.hu-manity.co/api/designer/user-design-live?AppID=wwwmysite-XXXXX](https://designer-api.hu-manity.co/api/designer/user-design-live?AppID=wwwmysite-XXXXX)
   This link returns: “error”: “Missing Api token”
 * This happens on all my sites whitin the hu-manity app compliance is configured.
   
   Is it possible resolve this error as soon as? Thanks!
