 * I’m a bit of a beginner working with Contact form 7. 
   I’d like to explore this
   plugin, but I don’t see any documentation for how to build a simple poll in WP.
   The short codes don’t mean much to me without some sort of the instruction. Is
   there a setup guide somewhere?
