 * What are the easy choices to make?

    They offer Quickinstall
   for wp, are there any differences in result with manual install?
 * Apart from search engines, Theme and plugin optimizations, anaything I’m overseeing?

 * Please don’t ask about hosting, that’s a quick way to get the topic closed. Asking
   about hosting gets real spammy real quickly.
 * If your host provides a WordPress installer then that’s usually the quickest 
   way to get started. Once you’ve figured out how and what you want to post on 
   your new site then look at optimizing your site with plugins.
