 * Great Idea! But I think it’s somewhat limited. What is the best way to go about
   customizing the setup wizard?

 * Thanks for your query. Yes, you can modify as per your need. You have to check`
   dokan-lite/classes/seller-setup-wizard.php` file. If there is any action/filter
   then you can use that to modify through a child theme else, you may need to modify
   into the core which is not suggested for any customer 🙂
