# Setup Wizard dont loading

 * Hi everybody. Im new on wordpress. I test WP shopify on my own localhost wordpress
   page. It works.
 * But when i try to install on real wordpress page i cant access to the plugin.
   I can install it, but when i try to click on connnect/settings/whatever i see
   a blank page with the word “wizard”.
 * Sorry for my english, im from Argentina.
 * Can anybody help pe?

 * Hey there,
 * On the site that isn’t working, which version of WordPress are you using? `5.5.1`?
 * Usually when this happens it’s due to either a plugin conflict or an older version
   of WordPress. Do you have other plugins installed as well?
