 * Hello, I have created a custom post template without the WP Header and footer
   because I don’t want to load any of the themes and plugins.
 * Now, I want to cache this custom post template. How can I add the SG Optimizer
   to cache this post?

 * I am afraid you can’t, we include our functionality through the wp_head() as 
   all other plugins.
