Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
I could imagine that this is caused on your website by another plugin / theme or in your browser since I wasn’t able to reproduce it in a clean test environment.
Did you try if it’s working properly in another browser?
Are you using the latest version 7.4.1 of Blog2Social?
An easy way to check if another plugin / theme is causing issues on your website is to use the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin from WordPress. This plugin is intended for such cases and will perform a number of checks on your WordPress installation to detect common configuration errors and known issues, and also allows plugins and themes to add their own checks.
With the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin you can simulate to deactivate all plugins except Blog2Social and activate one after the other to see which plugin is causing this.
Please let me know if it worked out.
Yes, I tried on mozilla too.
I have the latest version 7.4.1
I also already tried with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
**I have the PRO version.
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Is it possible to attach a more detailed screen recording of how you proceed when facing this behavior since I’m unable to reproduce it?
