 * Is it possible to add the social bookmarks to a comment section and share a particular
   comment?

 * It depends. If you’re using a third party commenting system (including the one
   in Jetpack) then probably not. Otherwise, you can but implementation will be 
   dependant upon your theme. You would need to add the function call to the appropriate
   part of your theme, passing in the URL of the comment.
