# Share count and https

 * i have changed my site from http to https.
    Now all the share-counters shows 
   only a “0”.
 * Is there something i can do or i have to change to show the correct countings?

 * that’s because Facebook and others treat [https://www.my-website.com](https://www.my-website.com)
   and [http://www.my-website.com](http://www.my-website.com) as separate urls and
   therefore count their shares separately as well. I suspect you have correctly
   set up a **301 “moved permanently”** from http to https. Most networks will aggregate
   the shares after a while, but that can take up to months.
 * You can check that yourself by trying your domain with and without https:

 * Unfortunatly there is nothing we can do on our end.
