Shareaholic breaking permalinks changes

After the recent update, I’m unable to resave or change my permalinks; I’m getting this error:

WARNING: changing the permalink structure will reset the share counts for your pages.

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/***/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shareaholic/admin.php:489) in /home/***/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1207

Disabling the plugin, saving permalinks, and re-enabling the plugin allows the permalinks to be saved. However, the plugin shouldn’t be outputting that message during the resave—only on the permalinks page, as it does.
