# Shareaholic causing issues on HTTPS site when logged in

 * With the latest version of the Shareaholic plugin, on this site:
    //https:tpnexpert.
   com the site seems to work fine and all other site functions do as well **_except_**:
 * Background: When a user logs in, they are re-directed to a specific page. When
   even an admin logs in and tries to go to any page that requires a login, they
   see the page that would be there if they _**were not logged in**_.
 * I tested to see which plugin was causing the issue and this issue goes away when
   I deactivate the Shareaholic plugin.
 * I am not sure if this is a plugin and/or theme conflict. I suspect the conflict
   may be with the plugin **_Peter’s Login Redirect_** (but that plugin was last
   updated on 2014-12-27 and all was working fine until a recent update to Shareaholic.

 * I currently have the plugin deactivated (and had to update some theme templates
   that were in use which included the share buttons only on specific pages).
 * First question is:
 * **Has Shareaholic seen this on any other sites in the past few days, and if so,
   is there a fix in the works?**

 * With no response from the plugin author/dev., I have removed the offending plugin
   and hard coded the links into page templates. While this is not a resolution 
   to the issue, this ticket can be closed.

 * Hi there,
 * So sorry for the delay in response! This is the first I’ve heard of this issue.
   But we can definitely test it out on our end. I’m a little confused on what the
   error or bug is. Can you please explain step-by-step on how you were able to 
   notice the bug or error? I want to see if I can reproduce the issue from our 
   end.

 * Please actually read , review above prior, then actually respond properly prior
   to posting generic questions instead of clear replies.
 * I had one site left that used the former ‘Se** Bookmarks’, aka, Shareaholic –
   although advised against. Upon the issue (as clearly noted above), they finally
   took my advise and we setup a simple set of icons with links that have no ‘obscure
   code’ behind them. Simple as an href with an img.
 * I am only marking this as resolved as I have given up using this plugin.
