 * Did you recently change your site’s permalink structure, or switch to another
   domain name?
 * Twitter, Facebook et al associate the sharing counts to URLs, so if that URL 
   changes all platforms start counting from 0 again, indeed.
 * If you want your sharing counts to be back to the way they were, you will have
   to switch back to your previous permalink structure.
 * I hope this helps.
