• Hi
I am using the wordpress version 3.1 and while following a video tutorial I noticed in the previous version there are few more useful widgets like sharing, OpenID, Domain, webhooks and so on.(this is useful for inserting facebook, twitter and more) but the sharing option is no where to be found under setting. I like to insert facebook, twitter and Digg in my posts. I think sharing is cool.
Can anyone tell me how to get around that? Do i need a new plugin, if so would you recommend a good one?
    Many thanks!

Those are all done via plugins, and have never been a part of ww.wp.xz.cn’s software.

I believe there are a few “share this” plugins (as well as one included in Jetpack).

    HI Ipstenu!
Thanks for your reply. Please if you have time check this link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
Like i said, i am using the latest version of wordpress, 3.1. I wonder if the latest version has the social tool “Sharing” somewhere else. I tried Jetpak, i got a little confused how to extract the social tools.
In anyone can help on this, i would appreciate a lot.
    Thanks!

    WordPress.COM is not ww.wp.xz.cn

Read this if you’re confused: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

And you need JetPack if you want the WordPress.COM share-this features on your ww.wp.xz.cn self hosted site.
