Thanks for the screenshot. It would be helpful if you could include a System Status report so we can get a better idea of what you’ve got running on your site. You can access that report via the dashboard at WooCommerce > Status and just paste the report into your reply.
Could you please temporarily activate a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Seventeen and see if this issue persists? If it resolves the issue you may need to reach out to the theme support and see if they can help you with this. If it doesn’t please reply back with your System Status report and we’ll take another look.
