Shipping address

    Hello,

    On Aliexpress , it dynamcially requires much details of the shipping address for all of countries when place an order, unfortunately, it really hard to setup similar options on Woocommerce.

    Otherwise, we need check with customer everytime, and it is really time assumption.

    So, is there any way to integrate the Aliexpress shipping address by API?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    May I know which details is missing in WooCommerce shipping? By default all shipping fields in WooCommerce checkout would be same as AliExpress shipping.

    Oh, there are lots of difference:

    1. Usually, you need set a Store Address in Woocommerce setting, right? let us take US as the base.
    2. If a customer from UK, they will leave shipping address like this: https://prnt.sc/YuW8XCZBoldN

    Omagh
    Tyrone
    BT79 7FG
    United Kingdom (UK)

    This is not actually correct address, at least it is not enough for shipping.

    On Aliixpres, it requires firstly the regions, like England, Scotland, Wales….

    3. Actually, situation will become much more complicated for most of countries, like Netherlands, Singapore, Ukraine, etc… Aliixpres requires much more details in the shipping address, and there is usually a dropdown list for choosing, but that is not natively supported in Woocommerce, even if you usually any of other plugin support Google address.

    So, it is much trouble for now, we have to manually search and check the details of the shipping address for the customers, and that even is a big trouble because the item might got miss delivery.
