# Shipping debug UNCHECKED

 * Hello,
 * I have the “shipping debug mode” UNCHECKED and I am still getting the “customer
   matched notification.”
 * Please advise on what else I can do as I don’t want that shown to customers.

 * It sounds like a caching issue to me.
 * If you do have any caching mechanisms running, please go ahead and purge their
   caches, to see if that helps. You can also clear your browser cache.

 * Actually when I delete my cache it goes BACK to saying “customer matched” zone.
   My co-workers also see it when they use the code that gives free shipping.

 * Could you try turning off any caching from your site and server, and then see
   if the shipping works as expected?
 * If so, you would need to exclude WooCommerce pages from caching. We have guidance
