Shipping Label Error

    when purchasing shipping labels for orders, I am getting an error:

    An error occurred while purchasing the label

    Error notice

    Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.

    Click here and visit settings to update your payment settings and try again.

    I have tried multiple cards, all plugins are up to date, but I have not been able to ship any orders through WooShipping for 2 day.

    Support of all commercial themes and plugins is out of scope for these forums.
