# Shipping method cannot be changed

 * Hi,
 * After selecting the shipping method in the cart, you can’t change it from Checkout.
 * You click the Change link, but all the options appear grayed out.

 * All other options, My contact, Shipping to, Additional notes, Billing to, can
   be changed, except Shipping method.
