Shipping options not populating

    Great plugin

    The shipping options does not populate

    WooCommerce currency is set to US dollars
    WooCommerce base country/region is USA/Ney York
    Please see my settings: https://snipboard.io/UeRutI.jpg
    Everything is up to date
    no caching plugin
    there is no WooCommerce shipping zone

    I have also tried leaving “Priority use Commercial Base Pricing” empty, no luck

    Please help!

    Could you try leaving the User ID field empty?

    If that doesn’t help, could you provide details to reproduce:
    – total weight of the order you are getting unexpected results for;
    – dimensions of the items in the order;
    – shipping destination postcode;

    If your using Wholesale there is a checkbox that will prevent shipping from showing on regular customers.
