Shipping Options Questions

Hello!

I have a couple questions regarding displaying shipping option on my woocommerce checkout page.

1. The shipping options are not displaying at all, how can I fix this?

2. So far I’ve only found static rate shipping options on woocommerce, is there a way to create an option where the rate changes based on distance and weight?

3. As I have multiple suppliers (it’s a drop ship site), would it be possible to input a location where the product will originate from, and then use that location and the customers shipping address to show accurate shipping rates to the customer on the checkout page? (Fed Ex is the carrier)
