 * Hi! I was hoping to use your plugin to disable my Shipping Calculator, and only
   enable it on cart/checkout pages. Read through the Contact7 form threads, but
   can’t figure out how to get the plugin filter to work during checkout.
 * The permalinks I put in are: [https://mysite.co/checkout](https://mysite.co/checkout)
   and [https://mysite.co/cart](https://mysite.co/cart), with the Affect Children
   option checked. A bit confused about how the AJAX filters work.
