    Hi,

    We’ve encountered an issue where all our shipping settings have unexpectedly reverted to their default state. We have multiple shipping zones configured, many of which utilize the Flexible Shipping plugin with several shipping options per zone.

    This is the second instance where multiple orders incorrectly qualified for free shipping, which should not have been possible based on our configurations. Upon investigation, we discovered that all Flexible Shipping settings were reset to default—the shipping option names changed to “Flexible shipping,” and all custom shipping rules were removed, leaving only a single default rule: “always 0.”

    Could you please clarify what might be causing this behavior? We suspect it may relate to plugin updates or errors during updates. Additionally, could you confirm if this is a known issue and advise on any possible measures or workarounds to prevent this from occurring in the future?
