    Hello!

Am having a really strange time with shipping rates at the moment. When using the shipping rate calculator on either the cart or checkout, it will always return the shipping options for Australia (the store default location). I turned on the shipping debugger and this confirms it.

Have tried disabling all plugins and used the TwentySeventeen theme. Woocommerce and WordPress are up to date. Tried turning on geolocation and no location as customer defaults.

Can you take a few screenshots please?

    1. One of your WooCommerce general settings
    2. One of your zones
    3. One of inside your zones

    Thanks.

    Hi Stef,

    Here you go – https://imgur.com/a/a6y90nu

I have only Australia and Rest of the World set up as zones. No matter what I enter, it will identify the user as being in Australia (shown in last screenshot).

Thanks. Excellent job displaying all these.

First, you have to have Australia as the country indide that zone. I know “Everywhere” seems logical but it’s not.

Secondly, for “Rest of The World” I didn’t see inside how you had the flat rate configured but if there’s an actual cost in there then that’s what the rest of the world would pay.

    Hi Stef,

Ah course. I can’t believe I missed that. Not having Australia set inside the zone made it apply it to all regions.

    Thanks!

Yup. Let me know if you need anything else.
