I’m sorry to hear that you have this issue. Although I see you have not opened a thread with us here so we could assist you. Please include as much details as possible together with the restoration log to help us find out the cause of the issue.
The one that you are referring to is for our hands-on support package. The fee vary depending on response time that you require or need.

That’s the problem, isn’t it – no log available. When I tried to download it, I got a “You’re not authorized to view this log”, even though I’m an admin. Then I go to the site and EVERYTHING is gone- template, plugin, even Updraft. All the website content – GONE. No log files, nothing.
I have nothing to showcase now. Thanks a lot… Worst plugin ever.

Hi @carmenconstantin
Please use FTP/cPanel File Manager, go to “wp-content/updraft” and download all files with .txt. Open a new thread with the logs and will investigate the cause.
