    Hello,

    This error might have different reasons. First of all, did you try with our latest plugin version ? 2.3.11 ?
    Have you specified themes ? Have you already tried without themes ?

    If the problem is still there, may we ask you to contact [email protected] for further support.

    We will investigate if the problem comes from our plugin of from the environment and advice on possible solutions.

    updating seems to have fixed the issue
