# Shockwave Firefox WordPress=Headache?

 * Can someone please tell me the best way to upload shockwave videos and mp3’s 
   into my wordpress posts (YawdFromAbroad.com). I’ve tried the media uploader and
   insert/embed media button, but it’s not working. I’ve discovered today that Firefox(
   which I use) and Shockwave are not compatible, but I have attempted to upload
   this shockwave video: <object width=”460″ height=”390″><param name=”movie” value
   =”[http://media.imeem.com/pl/wY4BB6xuuw/aus=false/pv=2/”></param><param](http://media.imeem.com/pl/wY4BB6xuuw/aus=false/pv=2/”></param><param)
   name=”allowFullScreen” value=”true”></param><embed src=”[http://media.imeem.com/pl/wY4BB6xuuw/aus=false/pv=2/&#8221](http://media.imeem.com/pl/wY4BB6xuuw/aus=false/pv=2/&#8221);
   type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” width=”460″ height=”390″ allowFullScreen
   =”true”></embed></object>
    and other mp3’s (i.e.from Imeem) into my wordpress
   posts about a million times and nothing shows up. If I’m attempting the impossible
   I can live with that,but can someone please just let me know so I can salvage
   what little sanity I have left. Thanks!
