# Shopify Sync errors

 * Hello,
 * I am not able to sync my shopify account with my wordpress site.
 * Using shopify 2.2.6
 * The link shows what happens when I click on a product.
 * Lite sync is not selected (sync posts is)
 * Items per request is set to 25
 * Synchronised requests is checked.
 * I get this error message:
 * Server Error: The maximum amount of server memory was exceeded.
 * Stopped at 24.3MB of a 1MB limit.
    This occured while calling: WP_Shopify\Processing\
   Vendor_Background_Process::memory_exceeded on line 634

 * When you receive this error, there’s a good chance it’s because your web server
   is running out of memory, OR it has hit the max execution time during the syncing
   process. Both of these things can be increased.
