I created this form and the short code [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id=”6″]
given to me does not work when pasted into a new post or page. I’ve changed the setting for script load method like it told me and hasn’t resolved the issue.

Could you send me the link where the shortcode has been inserted to check the issue in detail, please? The issue you are reporting usually occurs if there are uncaught javascript errors in the webpage, maybe generated by another plugin or the theme active in the website.

Your website is using a selector that is not supported by the version of jQuery Framework distributed with WordPress, and it is stopping the onready events of jQuery. Please, visit the following link with the screenshot of the error:
