# Short code doesn’t work

 * I installed the Hurry-up plugin but the shortcode didn’t work neither on the “
   normal editor” page nor within the Divi theme code module.
 * The requirements for the plugin are met, and I’ve set everything up successfully.
 * What can I do to make it work?

 * Make sure you clear cache if you’re using a caching plugin. If that doesn’t work,
   please send me a screenshot of the **Schedule** panel in your campaign settings
   so I can look into that.
