# Short code doesn’t work for me

 * Hi I placed short code or Instagram feed to be appeared when anybody receive 
   the email. I also installed this plugin but when anybody receiving the email,
   instead of Instagram feed only short code ([instashow rows=”1″ columns=”5″]) 
   is appearing in the email, Any help highly appreciated. Thank you

 * Hi,
 * This plugin enables shortcodes in Form Template. It seems what you need is to
   enable shortcodes for Mail Template instead.
 * I have just written article about it [here](https://www.howtosnippets.net/wordpress/make-custom-shortcodes-work-in-contact-form-7-mail-form-templates/)
   on how to do that. Basically, you achive that by using **wpcf7_special_mail_tags**
   filter.
