 * I am writing a review blog and I want to be able to post a star rating for several
   aspects of each item I am reviewing. I have tried installing several star rating
   plugins. I am having trouble figuring out how to install the short code.
 * I am supposed to enter [rating:4/5]. But, even if I enter it under HTML it comes
   out as text.
 * What am I doing wrong?
