I have placed short code <?php echo do_shortcode( “[yuzo_related]” ); ?> in site single.php file but it is not showing related post at the bottom of post.

May i know is anything missing here.

The shortcode for this plugin is [related_posts_by_tax].

I have used that short code it is not working. Can you please check once. It is very urgent to us.

How are you adding the shortcode?
With this in a theme template?
```
 <?php echo do_shortcode( "[related_posts_by_tax]" ); ?>
```
If the plugin is activated it should just work.

Try deactivating all other plugins (except this one) to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
