 * Hi Derek,
 * Could you please write down step by step what you are trying to do, and what
   doesn’t work? Shortcodes will only work in places where it’s supported, like
   pages, posts etc.

 * Hey Bas,
 * I am using a Layers Pro theme for my site.
 * I created a button that linked to a product but I wanted it displayed in the
   MY ACCOUNT page. When editing the page I inserted the button short code under[
   woocomm_my_account]
 * When I published, the button shows up in the middle of the Account Page. However,
   when I go to change the short code, it no longer appears under the woocomm tag(
   where I initially entered the short code)

 * Are you putting the button shortcode inside the mentioned woocomm shortcode?
   That will only work if this woocommerce shortcode supports it. Otherwise I can
   imagine it doesn’t work.
 * Most likely you’ll need to find a way to customize this My Account section.

 * No, placed the short code a couple lines under the woocomm code. That’s why I’m
   confused to why it’s gone.
 * I may have to build another page and start fresh, yea?

 * I suppose so. You can try to use the text editor instead of the visual editor.
   Sometimes these page builders can remove things randomly. After dropping the
   shortcode somewhere our plugin doesn’t do anything with it in any case.
